Why Group Reservations?

We noticed that our customers commented that we lack some key features in our current group reservations. Previously, you were able to add multiple guests to one reservation and assign them to specific items on that reservation. This worked for smaller groups, but we wanted to make it more user friendly for larger groups as well.

The other challenge we ran into is that you as the innkeeper had to make all of the reservations for that group instead of letting the guest go online and make the reservation themselves. We wanted to take the load off of innkeepers.
