Map Builder

If you're not already using it, this is the one that I recommend the most for RV parks. This feature allows you to upload a map to your booking engine for your guests to see, which will help your guests to see what your property is like. Then you can also make it clickable and bookable from your map.

A lot of our RV parks like this feature because it makes booking really intuitive for your customers.

Amenity Search

Amenity search is a great feature because it allows your guests to be able to search for specific things on your sites. The things people search for the most often are the length of RV sites or the types of hookups you have. You can also make classes for people to search by.

Point of Sale

Point of Sale is directly integrated into ResNexus' system for an all-in-one experience. If you have a convenience store on-site or you have items you sell to guests while they're staying with you, this is really helpful. When guests check out, they can purchase items from your store as well.

Sliding Rates

This is used if you want to give discounts for longer reservations.

Weekly/Monthly Rates

The other types of rates are weekly and monthly rates. You can do weekly and monthly rates with sliding rates as well.

Utility Meter

If you have utilities at your RV park or a lot of hookups at each of the different sites that you'd like to keep track of, then you have to charge it to the customer on the reservation. We made a great way to charge guests for the four utilities as well as keeping track of what your previous readings are.

Automatic Marketing

• Confirmation Emails - Send out automatically when a guest books online
• Welcome Emails - Send out a couple days before a guest comes to stay with you; can be used to give the guests directions and reminders of your policies
• Thank You Emails - Reminds your guests to leave you a review on different sites and thanks your guests for coming
• Birthday/Anniversary Emails - Say happy birthday or happy anniversary to your guests; can also be used to send a discount or promotion
• Holiday - Send a promotion for them to stay with you, like for the 4th of July
