1. When entering guest information manually, if a matching guest is found, the manually entered notes will be added to their preferences rather than replacing them.
When your guests are put into the system, you can add preferences and personalized information about them for you to remember later. With this added feature, if a guest is returning to your hospitality business, you won't have to add that customer's preferences again.
2. Added support for the Extra Person Fee on Airbnb.
Using ResNexus' Direct Connect, you can connect to various online travel agencies like Airbnb or TripAdvisor to list bookings and change them in real time. Now we provide support for having an extra person fee on Airbnb.
3. Changed to allow up to three digits to be entered in the quantity of each item on the point of sale.
Before, you could only enter two digits for the quantity of items listed for your retail store. For example, if you wanted to charge someone for an item, you could only ring up 99 of those items. Now you can add up to three digits-worth of retail items, so you can ring up 999 items for a potential customer.
