Resnexus is the software company that assists innkeepers, general managers and owners operate their hotels, inns and bed and breakfasts more efficiently.
We presently have one full time opening for a Client Account Manager. You will setup, train and support existing accounts. In this position your number one focus is to help, maintain and strengthen relationships with the clients.
Innkeepers and RV Park managers are interesting and fun people to work with. You will form lasting and meaningful relationships with them. They enquire with questions about our software and services. You will be responsible to assist them in maximizing their businesses using our products. This is not a sales position, rather a position providing support for existing clients.
- Compensation is $30,000+ per year DOE
- This position is full time, 8 - 5 pm, Monday - Friday

- Proficient with computers (Word, Internet, email, etc.). 60 - 80 WPM.
- Previous customer service experience demonstrating energy and enthusiasm. We are looking for candidates that truly enjoy serving people and find fulfillment in doing so. Minimum 1 year of experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; You will spend most of your day on the phone or replying to emails.
- Well organized and able to multitask; Servicing hundreds of accounts is often a juggling act from answering the phones and emails to scheduling training times. Multitasking and strong organizational skills are essential.
- Able to work well under pressure; With high call volumes and the occasional upset clients, you must be able to reduce tension and solve problems.
- HTML Experience; - Phone experience in a customer service/call center environment.
