ResNexus Road Trip Roundup of 2022

We're happy to announce that 2022 was a big year for ResNexus Road Trips! At ResNexus, we want to not only provide our clients with industry-leading software and support, we want to meet with them in person!

That's why we hit the road as often as we can, so we can see your businesses in action and provide on-the-spot training, as well as stunning photography and drone footage, all free of charge.

Here are all the places we visited in the second half of the year, and we can't wait to visit more amazing properties!

ResNexus Road Trips—Free of Charge

To date, ResNexus has conducted 35 road trips and visited 470 properties.

We've helped business owners across the country with account reviews so they can better learn how to make the most of their property management software and implement new features to improve their operations. And, we get to show off their spectacular properties with professional photography and drone footage!

We enjoy serving all these properties and more, at no cost to them!


August


Pennsylvania


ResNexus took out multiple crews to the Lancaster and Harrisburg areas of beautiful Pennsylvania to visit 18 properties including Pheasant Field B&B and the South Mountain Inn, who put us up for our stay. Special thanks to them for making us feel at home and welcome!

Pheasant Field B&B

A luxurious bedroom with comfortable chairs and a fireplace
Pheasant Field B&B is owned and operated by Robin and Kit Stauffer, proud PA natives. Their property is a charming, historic farmhouse dating between 1800 and 1810, and is said to have been used as a stop in the Underground Railroad. Today, it's a gorgeous, relaxing bed and breakfast just a short walk from the Appalachian Trail. Robin and Kit are perfect hosts, willing to bend over backwards to ensure their guests have a pleasant stay.

South Mountain Inn

South Mountain Inn is truly a "wow" property, and a member of the exclusive Select Registry! This inn provides exquisite breakfasts, onsite massage services, and a quiet setting for a relaxing getaway. The South Mountain Inn is located just outside beautiful Reading, PA, and is decked out with every comfort you could want!

August


South Dakota


August was a busy month for us, because we also took a trip out to the Rapid City South Dakota area to visit 15 properties! Freedom Ridge Cabins and the Summer Creek Inn were kind enough to host us, and we couldn't have been happier.

Freedom Ridge Cabins

Freedom Ridge Cabins is the perfect choice for family getaways, with beautifully designed, hand-built, spacious cabins that can accommodate up to twelve people! This property really has family vacations in mind, and that really helps them stand out in the Black Hills area, with nearby attractions such as Mount Rushmore and Custer's State Park.

Summer Creek Inn

The Summer Creek Inn is the ultimate in luxury, with award-winning breakfasts and lavishly adorned suites. This is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, group event, or wedding. The grounds are stunning, and their event venue has an amazing view.

September


Texas


Next up on our road trip schedule was the Brenham and Roundtop areas of Texas, where we visited with 21 properties and had a dinner hosted at the Ant Street Inn. Properties owners from around the area came to learn about new technology tools to enhance their businesses. The Ant Street Inn as well as Scenic Hill Retreat were kind enough to put us up during our stay.

Ant Street Inn

The Ant Street Inn is located squarely in downtown Brenham. The building actually used to be a grocery store, and was one of the oldest places to ever sell Blue Bell ice cream! This gorgeous property shares its space with the Brenham Grill, so fine dining is just a few rooms away!

Scenic Hill Retreat

Scenic Hill Retreat is nestled in the countryside outside Brenham, and is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle and unwind in the beauty of nature. There are few better experiences than relaxing in a hot tub/spa under the stars.

October


Arkansas


In October, we turned our attention to Hot Springs, Arkansas for a splash of history and to dip our toes in the bubbling springs themselves. We met with 13 properties on this go-around.

Knotty & Nice Cabins

Knotty & Nice Cabins hosted us for our stay, and we were so thankful! Every unit is equipped with a fireplace, hot tub, and full kitchen amenities, truly making it a home away from home just outside of Hot Springs. And their Things to Do page on their website is kitted out with tons of attractions to demonstrate how they're a fantastic year-round vacation destination.

December


Florida


After taking a break in November, we were back at it! This time, we headed down to Fort Lauderdale, Florida to visit and provide reviews for 13 properties. Bruce from the High Noon Beach Resort said it was one of the best meetings they'd ever had for their business!

Vistalmar Beach Resort

We stayed at the Vistalmar Beach Resort for this trip. It's perfectly located just a block from the beach, and literally 30 yards from excellent shopping and dining! Their rooftop pool with Atlantic Ocean and city views is, in a word, awesome. All in all, it's a fantastic spot for meetings and events, and to kick back in the lap of luxury!
