When Courtenay first looked into Worry-Free Bookings, it seemed too incredible—she didn't think it could be true! So she decided to give it a shot and found it to be completely true. When a guest makes a reservation with Worry-Free Bookings for a 10% fee of the total cost, both they and the business enjoy the protections offered.
Worry-Free Bookings functions similarly to a limited warranty plan for a smartphone. The customer pays a small fee for the plan, and if something happens and they are unable to enjoy their product, they are reimbursed for the full amount (minus the fee).
With Worry-Free Bookings, if the guest cancels their reservation in the 14 days leading up to their stay due to illness, injury, or death, they receive a 100% refund, minus the Worry-Free Booking fee. More importantly to the property, the business also receives a 100% reimbursement of the booking total. This means that the business still gets their revenue regardless of whether the guest actually makes their reservation or not.
