When you are ready to travel again, we are ready for you! One of the many advantages of staying at Under The Eaves Inn is its size. A capacity of roughly 14 people on our property at any given time offers a serene low risk environment. Our rooms with private entrances and self contained spaces makes it a safe place to social distance and our gardens have carved out spaces for guests to find private areas to reflect on your days adventure in the Canyon.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy
Because we are a small B&B with only seven rooms, we lose money on cancelled reservations and must enforce a cancellation policy. If you need to cancel for any reason, please give as much notice as possible to allow us time to re-rent the room. Deposits To confirm your reservation, a one night deposit (per room) plus tax is required. Cancellation Policy All cancellations are subject to a $45.00 cancellation administration fee. With 14 days or more notice, your deposit is refunded less $45.00 per room reserved for administration fee. If you must cancel less than 14 days prior of your arrival date, your deposit will not be returned. If your room can be re-booked your deposit will be returned less the $45.00 administration fee per room. This also applies to partial cancellations.
