PRIVACY POLICY & TERMS OF USEAt Wedgwood Manor and Glamping Retreat, hereinafter referred to as Wedgwood Manor, we stress the importance of privacy and are committed to earning the trust of our guests by adopting high standards for the protection of personal information.
Our policy outlines the type of personal information we collect and receive, the circumstances in which we collect or receive personal information, the policies and procedures we have established outlining its use and storage, and for sharing certain types of personal information in certain limited circumstances, the procedures you should follow if you have any questions or requests in respect of your personal information or our policies and procedures and the person to whom such questions or requests should be directed, and the means by which to communicate with that person.
In this policy, personal information means information about you that is personally identifiable like your name, address, e-mail address or phone number, or that is not otherwise publicly available.
It also includes information on guest preferences and usage, when such information is supplied to or recorded by Wedgwood Manor in the course of transacting business with an individual.

MAKING A RESERVATION
When making a reservation or using Wedgwood Manor services, it is necessary to have information in order to identify you, contact you and to process your purchase and requests. This information usually includes your name, address, phone number, e-mail address, credit card number and expiration date, and language preference. It may also include, if you choose to share that information with us, your preferences regarding the delivery of your service such as type of room, type of bed, and the like. You may wish to have your purchase of Wedgwood Manor services recognized in a third party's loyalty program with which Wedgwood Manor has a relationship. To do so will require you providing us certain verification information such as your membership number in the third party program. We also offer special discounts from time to time that may have qualifying criteria.
From time to time, we offer packages or other services that involve third parties. If you are partaking of such a package or service your personal information will be shared with that third party to the extent necessary to provide that service and process the purchase or request.
Wedgwood Manor may use the information you provide to send you offers and information about Wedgwood Manor services.
If you do not wish to receive such offers and information you may unsubscribe or opt-out by sending an email to reservations@wedgwoodmanor.com using the subject line “Unsubscribe”, so indicating your request with sufficient personal identifiers so we can appropriately act on your request. All our marketing communication of this type will also contain instructions for un-subscribing. And, there is an opt out button included at the bottom of all communications.
INFORMATION PROVIDED TO US IN COMMUNICATIONS REGARDING SERVICE DELIVERY (IE: COMMENT CARDS)
Information provided to us in such a fashion will be used solely for the purpose of recording your comments, communicating with you in respect of them, reviewing them with hotel personnel, for the purposes of recognizing employees for excellence of service delivery and for developing improvements in service delivery.

To sign up for this exclusive service we require you to provide us with your e-mail address, first name, last name, and residence. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided on every e-mail message and you will no longer receive e-mail offers and promotions for the specified subscription or web site, as the case may be. You may at any time in the future opt-in to receive e-mail offers.

Personal information may be shared with a public authority or an agent of public authority if in the reasonable judgment of Wedgwood Manor it appears that there is an imminent danger to life or property which could be avoided or minimized by disclosure of the information, or which disclosure is compelled by legal authority.
Any other such disclosure of a guest's personal information by Wedgwood Manor to a third party will be made only on a confidential basis conditioned upon the information being used only for the purpose for which it has been disclosed and only with your permission.

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security
ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

ResNexus is committed to making our online booking engine as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. We have invested a large amount of resources working towards improving the accessibility of the ResNexus online booking engine to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.
To help us make the ResNexus online booking engine a positive experience for everyone, we’ve been using the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.

ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS
As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs.
