The Haunted Writers Retreat with Josiah Hesse
Spanning three nights and four days (February 20-23, 2025), the retreat will include walking tours of Capitol Hill’s most haunted buildings, four creative writing classes, a presentation on Stephen King’s Colorado legacy (along with nightly screenings of King classics like The Shining and Misery) daily brunch provided by the Patterson Inn, along with a swag bag of various cannabis products.
Classes and events will be led by Denver journalist and writer Josiah Hesse, whose work regularly appears in The Guardian and Vice, and is the author of the psychological horror novel series, Carnality as well as the non-fiction book, Runners High.
Guest must also purchase the $500 per person writers retreat fee for each guest. Purchase includes, overnight room with double occupancy, free parking and daily made to order breakfast. Guest must book three nights at the hotel from February 20-23rd, 2025.

After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS
As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available.
