2024 Solar Eclipse Cancellation Policy for Stonewall Motor Lodge:
The following modified cancellation policy applies to all reservations made for the 2024 Eclipse dates from April 4th-9th 2024 at The Stonewall Motor Lodge:
Payment is due in full at the time of reservation. We cannot hold rooms.
Cancellations made 90 or more days before the check-in date will receive their refund, less a 20% cancellation fee, of the amount paid.
Cancellations made 30-89 days before the check-in date will receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 30 days before the check-in date.
In the event that the eclipse is not viewable due to inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control, no refunds will be provided. This includes but is not limited to cloud cover, rain, or storms. We shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising from such unanticipated occurrences.
Reservations are non-transferable. The reservation name must match the ID provided at check-in.
