Data Privacy
We respect your personal data privacy. We collect the names of the persons in your party, and the contact information (billing address, email address, telephone information) on all reservations. You may share anniversary dates or birthdays with us. We also collect your credit card information so that we can process payments for charges incurred. All information collected and maintained is for the sole purpose of securing your reservation and processing normal charges that relate to that reservation. We do not share any of your information with other persons or businesses. All information collected is maintained and encrypted in our master database. Financial transactions are processed over encrypted links to our credit card processors. Credit card numbers are only held in our computer system for a few days during your stay and are then deleted entirely. We do use your email and names to occasionally (very infrequently!) send out newsletters about events in the area and at the Casa that you may be interested in knowing about. You can opt out of inclusion in our email list. You can request that we remove your email contact information at any time. Or if we send you an email newsletter there will always be a link for you to request to be removed from future mailings. However if you ask us not to use your email information when you make your reservation we will be unable to email you your reservation information, reminders, directions, or receipts for payment.

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent

ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS
As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. Religious organizations are exempt from title III requirements. Historical properties may also be exempt from certain aspects of title III requirements, but property owners need to verify based on local and federal requirements. All other properties may be subject to title III requirements.
