We always try to accommodate your needs. Activities are typically scheduled Tuesday thru Saturday w/ at least 24 hrs advance notice, for the duration listed, and at the times listed. If you have questions or would like to request a change in time, date, or duration, or if you need to book with less than 24 hours' notice, or for a group of 10 or more, or would like to inquire about Group Rates, please call (918) 494-6000.

Ranch activities are inherently dangerous, participants and non-participants must always be vigilant and accept full responsibility for their own safety. Participants and non-participants may be required to sign a Hold Harmless and Release of Liability Agreement.

Ranch Activities are seasonal, and may include other participating and non-participating guests or groups of guests. Activities may be modified or canceled by Meadow Lake Ranch, LLC without refund due to weather, and hazardous conditions with little or no advance notice. Guests will receive a Rain Check if an activity must be canceled.

Participation in certain activities may include restrictions regarding age, weight, size, strength, temperament, and perceived physical ability. At least one participating adult parent or guardian must accompany each child. Single parents w/ more than one child may request additional cowboy if available, at an additional charge.

No alcohol or other drug should be consumed which may impair your judgment or abilities prior to participating in Ranch Activities. Only paid participants may engage in activities. Non-participants may be permitted to watch activities from a safe distance at an additional fee.

To add the add'l guests, guests must first book at the regular rate.
