third‑party payment processors and booking technology providers. Woodstream Campsite does not
store full payment card numbers on its servers but may receive limited transaction details
necessary for reservation management, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks, and legal
compliance.

When you visit our website or use campground Wi‑Fi, we may automatically collect:

- Device identifiers
- Browser type, settings, and operating system information

- Referring URLs and exit pages

- Log data related to use of campground Wi‑Fi (such as connection times and basic diagnostics)

D. Online Reservations
Online reservations are processed through a third‑party booking platform. When you make a reservation,

privacy notice, in addition to this Policy. We receive reservation and guest information from the
booking platform in order to manage your stay, process payments, provide guest services, and comply
with legal obligations.

4. Photos, Video & Audio Recordings
Woodstream Campsite may photograph or record guests and their property while on campground premises,
including during events and activities. We may also use security cameras in certain areas for safety
and security purposes.
Images or recordings may be used for security, operational, and risk‑management purposes. With respect to
marketing and promotional use (such as on our website, social media, or advertising materials), we will
avoid intentionally featuring identifiable minors without appropriate consent from a parent or legal guardian.
If you do not wish for you or your party to appear in marketing or promotional materials, please notify
campground management in writing or by email using the contact information below. We will make reasonable
efforts to honor such requests on a going‑forward basis.
5. Your Rights & Choices
A. Marketing Communications
You may opt out of receiving marketing emails or messages at any time by using the unsubscribe link provided
in the email or by contacting us using the information below. Even if you opt out of marketing, we may still
send you non‑marketing communications related to your reservations or our ongoing business relationship.
B. Access, Correction & Deletion
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
that we maintain. We may need to verify your identity before processing your request and may deny or limit a
request where required or permitted by law (for example, if we must retain certain information for legal, tax,
or security reasons).
To submit a request, please contact us using the information in the “Contact Us” section below and include your
name, contact information, and a description of your request. We will respond within a time period consistent
with applicable law.
6. California Privacy Notice
If you are a resident of California, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act
(CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), regarding your personal information collected by us.
In the 12 months preceding the “Effective Date” above, we may have collected the categories of personal
information described in Section 1 for the business purposes described in Section 2 and shared such information
with the categories of recipients described in Section 3.
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the right to:

- Request deletion of personal information we have collected from you
- Request correction of inaccurate personal information

7. New York Privacy & Child Data
As a business that owns or licenses computerized data including private information of New York residents, we maintain
administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to help protect the security, confidentiality, and integrity
of such information, as required by New York law, including the Stop Hacks and Improve Electronic Data Security (SHIELD) Act.
In the event of a security incident involving certain protected data, we will provide notifications to affected
individuals and, where required, to government authorities and consumer reporting agencies in accordance with New York law.
A. Children and Teens Under 18
Our Services are intended primarily for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children
under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verifiable
parental consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
New York’s Child Data Protection Act imposes specific requirements on the processing of personal data of users under 18
in New York. To the extent our Services are used by New York residents under 18, we do not knowingly sell their personal

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WOODSTREAM CAMPSITE, ITS OWNERS, OR AFFILIATES BE
LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH DATA LOSS
OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO PERSONAL INFORMATION. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO ANY INCIDENT IS
LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID BY THE GUEST FOR THE SPECIFIC STAY GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.Privacy
ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security
ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.All other properties may be subject to title III requirements.
