We take reasonable measures to: (i) protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, and (ii) keep personal information accurate and up-to-date as appropriate.

Exuma Yacht Club & Mariner employs a robust team of dedicated information security professionals who are responsible for managing EYC security program. This team is responsible for, among many other things, monitoring our systems for potential intrusions, responding to potential incidents, supporting property-level information security, regularly reviewing and updating the security controls EYC uses to protect data, and providing training on EYC information security program.

Exuma Yacht Club & Mariner maintains a payment card industry (“PCI”) compliance program and an Information Technology compliance program. This compliance program generates audit reports concerning the adequacy and effectiveness of Hilton's Technology internal controls, including a PCI Attestation of Compliance signed by an external PCI Qualified Security Assessor and a SSAE16/SOC1 report addressing the Technology general controls over systems that support certain accounting and financial reporting.

We require third parties with whom we share personal information to exercise reasonable efforts to maintain the confidentiality of personal information.

We will never ask you to send us confidential personal information or payment card information via email or text message.

In the event of a security incident, EYC will notify regulators and/or consumers as required by applicable laws and regulations.

ResNexus

Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.

Privacy

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security

ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.
