RELEASE OF LIABILITY, CONSENT TO EMERGENCY MEDICAL
TREATMENT AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
Adventure Trails Ohio
In consideration of Adventure Trails Ohio, LLC, (“Resort”) permission to camp and participate in the activities at the Resort, I (we), on behalf of ourselves and our minor children (if applicable), our successors, and assigns, do hereby release Resort and its employees, agents, officers and representatives from all claims, demands, actions that currently exist or may hereafter arise from engaging in activities at the Resort. These activities would include, without limitation: the usage of RV sites, cabins, tent sites, or common bathhouse; driving on gravel roads; pond usage, including swimming, canoeing, kayaking, paddle boats, fishing, hiking trails, mountain bike trails; playgrounds,fires/grills; and engaging in the Resort’s special events such as, fireworks, bonfires, live music, slip n
slides and bounce houses. Further, I (we), for ourselves and our minor children, indemnify and hold Resort and its agents, employees or officers harmless from all third party claims, loss, liability, damage, expense and responsibility for any accident, injury or damage which results from or arises out of myself, my children’s or my guests’ participation in said activities at the Resort.
I hereby acknowledge and accept that there are certain risks, including bodily injury or death, that could result from me or my child’s participation in said activities and that I have knowingly and voluntarily decided to assume the risks of these dangers, which may cause serious bodily injury or death.

The undersigned expressly acknowledges that Resort makes no representations, express or implied, concerning the relative safety of such activities and has not made any provisions to protect against the risks associated with said activities. In the event of an emergency or injury to me or my children requiring immediate medical attention, I hereby consent to emergency medical treatment,
including transportation to medical providers.

Privacy

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security

ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.
