“NOTICE OF RIGHTS” RENVILLE COUNTY TENNESSEN WARNING
In accordance with the Minnesota Government Data Practices Act, Renville County is required to inform you of your rights as they pertain to the private information collected from you. Your personal information we collect from you is private. Access to this information is available only to you and the agency collecting the information and other statutorily authorized agencies, unless you or a court authorize its release.
The Minnesota Government Data Practices Act requires that you be informed that the following information, which you are asked to provide, is considered private.
The purpose and intended use of the requested information is: In an event that Renville County needs to verify the identity of a camper in the park system. This information may also be used for marketing purposes by Renville County.
Authorized persons or agencies with whom this information may be shared include:
Renville County Parks, Economic Development Authority, Communications and other agencies allowable by law.
Furnishing the above information is voluntary, but refusal to supply the requested information will mean: Renville County Parks will be unable to process your on-line camping reservation.

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Security
ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

ResNexus is committed to making our online booking engine as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. We have invested a large amount of resources working towards improving the accessibility of the ResNexus online booking engine to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.
To help us make the ResNexus online booking engine a positive experience for everyone, we’ve been using the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
In addition, we recommend that the property using the ResNexus online booking engine install the UserWay widget to provide the best user experience.
ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS
As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.

Religious organizations are exempt from title III requirements. Historical properties may also be exempt from certain aspects of title III requirements, but property owners need to verify based on local and federal requirements.
