These are Owner Suites and not the typical Hotel Rooms at these Resorts. So any booking has a process that all Owners and Guests must follow.

Most of our Owner Suites are "CONFIRMED" travel dates and ready to book, others need to be "REQUESTED" to be booked. Instructions for each are below.

When booking a CONFIRMED DATE...

Just enter those EXACT dates from the Suites' listing title into the "check-in & check-out", then select "ADD".

Follow the instructions and BOOM, you are on your way to the Sandy Shores!

These are 100% confirmed dates that are waiting for you.

When REQUESTING A DATE...

Text or Email us with the Resort & Room description, please include at least 2-alternate dates, along with type bed setup? King or 2 doubles/queens?

Give us up to 24 hours and BOOM, you’re on your way to those sandy shores.

If a Suite is listed as REQUESTED, it CANNOT be booked without US CALLING the Resort as Owners and checking it's availability for it changes daily.

Remember that the Owner side of these Resorts are in high demand almost all year. These Resorts are very popular by OWNER'S worldwide and are in high demand for their hospitality. The further out you request the more likely you are to find your dates, more than 30-60 days lead is best.

You will receive our "GUEST CERTIFICATE" well before your 7-days of check-in. This will show you are an Owner's Guest and your pampering will begin!!!

AVAILABILITY can change, unless specified in your quote (good for 24 hours) and until reservations are confirmed with Resort, and paid to VTE. We reserve the right to cancel any REQUEST reservation which hasn't done the above because of using the “INSTANT BOOKING/BOOK NOW” which will delay the booking completion.
