When you visit our website, complete a transaction, signup to receive communications from us, or complete the Contact Us form on the site, you may provide, or we may collect, contact and other personal information such as your name, postal address, zip code, email address, telephone number, and any other personal information you provide. If phone number is provided during check out on our website or via call, you may be contacted for informational messages about your stay with offers for adventures and activities during your stay.

When you make a reservation, visit one of our camps, or make a purchase through our website or one of our third party service providers including Sendgrid, ResNexus, we collect information about your purchases, reservations, and transaction history, including payment card details. We retain personal information for the period of time necessary to fulfill the purposes of this Policy unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by applicable law or regulation.

• Device and Browser Information.
When you visit or access our website, your browser automatically sends certain information such as browser type, language preference, operating system, internet service provider, internet protocol (IP) address, device identification number, geo-location data, and online browsing data (such as date and time of access to our website, referring website address, pages viewed, features used, links clicked, and other actions you take in connection with the website, sometimes referred to as “clickstream data”).

We use social media accounts (Instagram, Tiktok, Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube) to engage with the public. Our social media accounts are produced and maintained by our internal Marketing Team sometimes working with service providers. Through our social media engagement, we are able to build online awareness about our company and our services, respond to messages through the comment, message, or chat functions, collect aggregated information about interactions with our content on or through social media, and analyze trends. When you engage with us through our social media channels, the platform providers will also process information about you. The Website is intended for a general adult audience and is not intended for children under 18 years of age. Loving Heart Retreats do not intentionally collect any personal information from any child under the age of 13 and if we discover we have been provided with any such information, Loving Heart Retreats will promptly dispose of the information. Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.

Privacy

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security

ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.
