Policies: Payment
50% of the reservation fee will be collected to make the reservation. The remaining balance will automatically be collected 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is made within 30 days of arrival, the entire fee will be collected at the time of booking.
Policies: Cancellation
Cancellations made 30 or more days prior to arrival, guests receive deposit less a $50 service fee. Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to the date of arrival, may receive a 50% refund OR may apply the credit of the cancelled reservation to a new reservation scheduled within 12 months of the original arrival date. Certain blackout dates may apply. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the date of arrival. Early departure does not warrant a refund.
