Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change! To keep things simple, here is a breakdown of our policies for RV sites and cabins. Reservation Modifications Change Fee: Any modification to an existing reservation incurs a flat $15 fee. RV Sites - Standard Cancellation: Incurs a flat $20 fee. Within 2 Weeks of Arrival: Fee increases to 50% of your deposit. Within 2 Days of Arrival: Non-refundable (forfeiture of full reservation funds). Cabins - Standard Cancellation: Incurs a flat $45 fee. Within 2 Weeks of Arrival: Fee increases to 50% of your deposit. Within 2 Days of Arrival: Non-refundable (forfeiture of full reservation funds). No-Shows & Same-Day Cancellations: Canceling on your scheduled day of arrival or failing to show up will result in a total forfeiture of all funds. Need to make a change? If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
