WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS: Complimentary wireless internet service is offered in the White Oak Lodge only. The wireless system you are using is an unsecured network. You should use appropriate security measures such as a VPN connection, personal firewall, etc. We make no guarantees about the availability, quality, or security of our wireless network.
This agreement sets out the terms and conditions on which wireless internet access (“the Service”) is provided to you, a guest/customer of Towering Oaks, LLC, inclusive of any parent or partner companies (“us”) in consideration for your custom, your agreement to these terms and conditions.
The Service is a free wi-fi network provided by Towering Oaks. Your access to the Service is completely at the discretion of Towering Oaks, LLC, and your access to the Service may be blocked, suspended, or terminated at any time for any reason including, but not limited to, violation of this Agreement, actions that may lead to liability for Towering Oaks, LLC, disruption of access to other users or networks, or violation of applicable laws or regulations. Towering Oaks may revise the TOS at any time. You must accept this Agreement each time you use the Service and it is your responsibility to review it for any changes each time. This is an open wireless network. No network communication is 100% secure.
Please remember: NO network communication should be considered private or protected. All communication over the Towering Oaks network is subject to monitoring. Towering Oaks reserves the right to reduce throughput or access as need be.
• Acceptable Use of the Service
Your use of the Service and any activities conducted online through the Service shall not violate any applicable law or regulation or the rights of Towering Oaks, or any third party. Towering Oaks cannot accept any responsibility for any injury or loss that results from inaccurate, unsuitable, offensive, or illegal Internet communications.

o (iii) that Towering Oaks, LLC does not guarantee the security of the Service and that unauthorized third parties may access your computer or files or otherwise monitor your connection.
THE USE OF THE SERVICE FOR THE FOLLOWING ACTIVITIES IS PROHIBITED: Spamming and Invasion of Privacy of Others, Violating Intellectual Property Law, Transmitting Obscene or Indecent Speech or Materials, Transmitting Defamatory or Abusive Language, Hacking or Distribution of Internet Viruses, Worms, Trojan Horses, or Other Destructive Activities

Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.

Privacy

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security

ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.
