The Brasswood Apartment is a second floor unit located in the back of the Brasswood Annex (16 Winthrop Street) with a private entrance off the back patio. Enjoy the entire apartment with lots of natural light, a large bedroom with two queen beds, private bathroom with tub, fully furnished kitchen, living room, private balcony, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and onsite parking (if requested). Recent additions include a gas fireplace, Bosch dishwasher, Frigidaire fridge, stacked washer/dryer, an oversized couch, and Roku for streaming on two TVs. There is also access to a grill and back patio that is shared with the owners who live downstairs. Breakfast service is available down the block at the Brasswood Inn, at the corner of Winthrop and Commercial St.
Stairs are required to access this room. Pets and children permitted.

The Franklin is a second floor room with a gas fireplace, seating area and view of the Pilgrim Monument. Dog friendly. Stairs are required to access this room. This room is named in honor of the "Queen of Soul,” Aretha Franklin, who reigned supreme for over 50 years.

The Holiday is a first floor room located at the front of the inn with high ceilings, ample windows and a blue floral stained glass feature. Dog friendly. Stairs are required to access this room. This room is named in honor of iconic jazz singer, Billie Holiday, known as “Lady Day.”

The Brasswood Cottage is a two-story house located at 1 Winthrop, immediately next door to the Brasswood Inn. This modern cottage is fully furnished with a king bed, 1.5 baths, kitchen, laundry, cable, WiFi, AC, and onsite parking. The first floor features a custom Boffi kitchen island, Bosch smart fridge, dining area, pullout couch, smart TV, and a half bath. Slider doors lead onto the side patio where the historic barber pole still stands. The second floor is an open-concept bedroom suite with a king bed, bathroom and shower with frosted glass separation, three skylights, and views of the Pilgrim Monument. There’s also a private balcony overlooking Commercial Street with a peek of the Provincetown Harbor. Maximum 3 adults. Dogs permitted. Unfortunately, no children permitted. Breakfast service is available just next door at the Brasswood Inn.
