The cozy kitchenette is equipped with all the essentials you need to prepare simple meals, including a mini-fridge, microwave, stovetop, and ample storage space. A compact yet efficient bathroom features a shower, ensuring you have all the comforts of home. The highlight of Belford is the inviting loft area, where a queen-sized bed promises a restful night's sleep. Please note, this home does have a sleeping area in a loft. It is centrally located ~2.5 hours from downtown Denver, <45 minutes to Monarch Mountain, 1.5 hours to Breckenridge, and ~2 hours from Great Sand Dunes National Park. To get here, just take 285 almost the entire way from Denver. It's a beautiful drive over high passes and low valleys. You might even see moose at the lake around Kenosha Pass. Traffic is almost always non-existent except for peak times—thankfully it's not like I-70! What can I do on the property? There are tons of trails, lakes, and town activities within a few minutes of our location. However, you might not want to leave so we offer walking/biking trails leading from our property, outdoor recreation area, a playground, patio with propane fire pit, indoor rec room (with TV, pool table, board games, & more), dog park, and the Historic Cookshack with a smoker and group picnicking area! FAQs Wifi: We have Starlink internet so, depending on the weather, it may be a little spotty at times. We cannot guarantee that our Wi-Fi will reach your site or if it will accommodate streaming, however the Hub and Laundry area will always have the best reception! Cell Service: AT&T has great service on our property while other service providers can be spotty. Shavano is our XXL one-level Tiny Home! Shavano is a 1-6 person Tiny Home with full bathroom, and full kitchen (fridge, stove, oven, microwave), AC/heat, and beautiful mountain views! This Tiny Home is our only fenced in accommodation, making it feel secluded and great for family/pets. Sleeps up to 6 in 1 queen bed, one bunk bed, and a double sleeper sofa.
