In 1876, the Groton Carriage Company became an incorporated business manufacturing carriages, wagons, and cutters. With a statewide demand for their quality products. This 320 sq foot room featuring a King size bed is located on the first floor of the Victorian house. It includes a gas fireplace, 32” flat screen tv, large balcony a jetted tub and standup shower.

Terry grew up in Groton and was a United States Marine Corps officer who was posthumously awarded the Medal of Honor for his "outstanding courage, superb leadership and indomitable fighting spirit" on 16 February 1968, during the Vietnam War. Located on the second floor of the Victorian house this room has a queen size bed, 32” flat screen tv, gas fireplace, large balcony and two-person jacuzzi tub.

This suite was named after Welthea Marsh who was elected President of the First National Bank of Groton in 1896. She was one of the first women in the country to serve as President of a National Bank. This beautiful 350 sq foot suite features a king size bed, single pullout sleeper sofa, full bath with a jetted tub and standup shower, gas fireplace, a large balcony overlooking the grounds and a private entrance.
