This three-night, four-day springtime retreat offers a unified practice of movement, breathwork, and meditation for relaxation and renewal in the Green Mountains.  Retreat leaders Corinne Matti and Doug Hattaway co-teach yoga and meditation workshops in Washington, DC, that combine movement, breathing, and meditation practices with learning about ancient philosophies and modern science.
