High Rock Queen Room #3 is located at High Rock Guest Condos, 17 Hoyts Lane in Ogunquit. This room is small and private, yet comfortable room with a queen bed, sitting chairs, kitchenette, and private bathroom. This room was completely renovated in 2022 including updated flooring, new doors, brand new small kitchenette area, beautiful renovated private bathroom, fresh paint, and a multi-split for quiet AC or heat was added. This room is fresh, clean, and fun, as well as boasts a high ceiling and is on the backside of the house with a private entrance.

This room features a queen size fabric bed, bedside tables, reading chairs, flat screen TV/cable, and WiFi Internet, as well as a closet with dresser drawers. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, sink, convection microwave, toaster, k-cup coffee maker (we do not provide k-cups), and is fully stocked with dishes and cooking/eating utensils, etc. The private bathroom is brand new with a pedestal sink and beautiful tiled shower with rain and handheld shower fixtures. (Note, High Rock rooms #2, #3, and/or #4 can be easily accessed via an internal hallway.)

We also provide a contactless self-check-in process at High Rock. Towels are replenished upon request mid-week if your stay is more than 4 days. Many guests like High Rock because it is low key, private, and guests are able to come and go without traditional hotel-like interactions. Guests often find it relaxing to just get-away and relax.

A light filled room located on the main level and front of the house, and can also be accessed by a private sliding glass entrance off the side of the house. This room features a king size bed, dresser, and chair. There is also an original decorative fire place mantle. The private bathroom was beautifully redone in Spring 2022 with a nice sized tiled shower including rain and handheld fixtures, and double pedestal sinks. Moon #3 is decorated in green and grey, and other fun colors.
