After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

ResNexus is committed to making our online booking engine as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. We have invested a large amount of resources working towards improving the accessibility of the ResNexus online booking engine to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.
To help us make the ResNexus online booking engine a positive experience for everyone, we’ve been using the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
In addition, we recommend that the property using the ResNexus online booking engine install the UserWay widget to provide the best user experience.
ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS
As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. Historical properties may also be exempt from certain aspects of title III requirements, but property owners need to verify based on local and federal requirements.
