Brick House Bed & Breakfast is a small historic property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us. Full Payment is due upon reservation. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your room reservation, please call us at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation and authorize a $25 processing fee per room. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than fourteen (14) days notice, shorten your stay, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund may be made. Special Note: We guarantee your full reservation when you make it. Unlike a hotel, we do not and cannot overbook rooms and we actively turn away other reservation requests once your reservations are accepted. If reserving all five guest rooms for one or more nights, any cancellation once reserved may be subject to a fee of 50% of the total reservation as we are unable to recover or make up lost reservations. Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and for some special requests. Check-in: 3:30 PM - 6:00 PM. If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements. Check-out: 11:00 AM. We are a No Smoking establishment. Following New York State law and for the courtesy and health of all of our guests, smoking is not permitted in any room. If you must smoke, please do so outside the building only. Note: To save you a $250 cleaning fee that must be added to the room, please do not smoke inside. Thank you! No Pets; we will gladly help to make arrangements to board your pets at a nearby kennel. To respect each guest's privacy we can only accommodate well behaved children.
