If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14(fourteen) days prior to your arrival date to cancel your reservation. Special Events such as festivals and peak periods require a 3 week (21 day) advance notice for cancellation to avoid penalty. Final Four, Christmas, New Years, and Fiesta, also require at least a 21 day advance notice to avoid penalty. Please note that ALL cancellations are charged a $25 processing fee. Reservation Cancellation 14 days: Jan, Feb, Aug, Sept 21 days Holidays, March, April, May, June, July, Oct, Nov, Dec 14 day period Penalty 13-10 days notice 25% Less than 10 days 100% 21 day period Penalty 20-15 days notice 35% Less than 15 days 100% Special Events 25% cancellation Fee Group Reservations, Weddings, and other events (more than one room reserved) require 50% deposit. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than the described notice, shorten your stay or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a gift certificate for a return stay will be issued, sorry no refunds.
