JackRabbit Systems banned from Reservation Nexus websites

September 2, 2008 -- JackRabbit Systems has been banned from Reservation Nexus websites due to prohibited scrapping of our websites for commercial gain. JackRabbit Systems is trying to provide hospitality availability like GDS but at more "affordable rates" and on a much smaller scale. What they are not telling businesses is how they are getting their availability. Reservation Nexus found that JackRabbit Systems was "scrapping" Reservation Nexus websites manually for our client's availability, without permission from Reservation Nexus and in almost all of the cases without the business owner's permission as well.
