Reservation Nexus takes security and avoiding data loss seriously. In the web-based arena it is important to have strong infrastructure, security measures and backup plans in place.

Collocation: The foundation of our security is that our servers are hosted in a Class A collocation facility that has 24 hour security surveillance, redundant Internet lines, massive diesel powered backup generators and that they themselves take security seriously. To get to our servers we have to go through four different security check points with fingerprint verification as the final step. There is technical support staff on location 24 hours a day so that our technicians don't have to be onsite for emergency situations.

Servers: Reservation Nexus takes pride in our service running, as far as we have seen, faster than any of our current competitors. We do not overload our servers or try to fit too many clients on them. Each night an offsite backup is performed for all of your data on our servers to another out-of-state location. In case of a natural disaster or a terrorist attack, both sites would have to be compromised. The offsite data backup provider stores 30 days of data.

PCI Compliance: Reservation Nexus continually tests and maintains its servers and networks so that they pass the stringent and demanding standards set by the credit card industry to help protect against hackers and identify theft.
