How do I import our guests? Can I import our reservations from our old system?

As a General Manager you can import guests into Reservation Nexus by exporting guest information from your old system and organizing it into a format that Reservation Nexus can read successfully. To import guests, go to Tools -> Import Guests in your Reservation Nexus guest management and follow the instructions there.

Reservation Nexus does not import reservation and guest information from any other systems at this time. However, once your guests are imported into Reservation Nexus, updating Reservation Nexus with your existing reservations goes quickly.
