How do I add or remove a night from a reservation?

Once you log into Reservation Nexus go to Reservations -> Search. Enter the guest?s phone number, name or reservation number. Reservations in RED were cancelled. Click on the guest's reservation number highlighted in blue to pull up the guest's reservation information and other details.

To the right of the SUMMARY page are several tabs. Click on the blue Rooms/Nights tab. This will pull up the ROOMS/NIGHTS page.



Rooms/Nights



Click on the box of the room and date you want to remove from the guest's reservation. Then click  Remove Rooms.

Once a room has been removed it will become immediately available online. If you are swapping out rooms, add the new rooms first and then remove the old rooms second.

Click Save when you are finished.
