With innRoad, your guest has to scroll down the payment page to see your policies. innRoad also provides a link to agree to your policies and terms and conditions. By displaying your policies at the bottom of the last page at end of the booking process, potential guests might overlook or ignore your terms and conditions completely. Down the road, this could lead to guests leaving your business a bad review if policy misunderstandings occur. innRoad requires your guest to click and agree to your policies whether they have read them or not.
ResNexus Protects Your Business From Last-minute Cancellations Due to Illness
With ResNexus Travel Protection, you can protect your business from revenue losses from last-minute cancellations due to illness, injury, death, or travel delay. Your guests can simply select the Travel Protection option during the booking process, and if they cancel for one of the protected reasons, both you and your guest will be reimbursed 100% of the booking cost minus the travel protection fee.
innRoad Does Not Integrate With a Trip Protection Service
innRoad does not currently provide a limited warranty trip protection integration. If a guest has to cancel last-minute due to illness or a health condition, your property must fall back on your own cancellation policies, which could result in a loss of revenue depending on the strictness of your terms and conditions.

ResNexus helps your property get found and get booked by integrating directly with OTAs such as Booking.com, Airbnb, TripAdvisor, and Expedia. In addition, ResNexus has a unique direct connection to Vrbo that does not use iCal. This helps prevent double bookings from having to manually enter in reservations from Vrbo. ResNexus also connects to the world's top glamping and campground OTAs. ResNexus offers commission-free pricing options to connect to the OTAs. This means that your business has zero additional commission fees charged by your PMS software. In addition, ResNexus does offer hundreds of additional OTA connections through our partnership with a 3rd-party channel manager.

ResNexus Travel Protection Can Save You Time When Managing Last-Minute Cancellations
In the event the guest cannot make their reservation due to one of a wide variety of unforeseen illnesses or health conditions, they can apply for a 100% room reimbursement any time up to 14 days before the departure date or up to 30 days after. The automated Travel Protection refund portal looks like your online booking engine and helps reduce the headache of managing the administration of refund processing. In addition, much of the refund or reimbursement process is automatically handled by ResNexus on your behalf. This reduces back-and-forth phone calls or emails with the guest during the cancellation process.
