Most data is collected by consent of the individual, however, there are also contractual and legal obligations for the use and storage of some data.
Email addresses, and names may be kept and used for significant interests of the individual in our services.
How information is stored
Credit card information is stored digitally, through secure websites. No credit card information is stored on the premises. Credit card details are encrypted, and once used, are no longer accessible.
Phone numbers, names and addresses are stored digitally. Names, phone numbers and allergy advice is stored in our paper restaurant book in the office on site. Past paper restaurant diaries are stored on site.
Voucher information is stored digitally. No voucher credit card information is stored on our website.
Grove voucher information and loyalty card information is stored securely and digitally.
Paper records of staying guests are kept on site in case of emergency evacuation. These are destroyed upon departure.
Who we share guest information with
No information is passed onto other companies or third parties for any other purpose not associated with The Grove Cromer LLP, The Grove Glamping or The Massage Hut. Why we share guest information
All third party businesses are used to manage operations of The Grove Cromer LLP. Including, processing bookings, responding to queries, informing guests of opportunities, and aiding guests and individuals in their use of our products and services.

The Grove Glamping
The Grove Glamping is a separate business to The Grove Cromer.
The Grove Glamping shares information with The Grove Cromer, only. This includes names, addresses, email addresses and phone numbers. This is stored and shared for contractual purposes.
All card and payment details are only stored on the cloud-based ResNexus booking system and are not stored on either The Grove Cromer or The Grove Glamping’s local computers.
All information is password protected and the full card details are not accessible to The Grove or The Grove Glamping.
The Grove Glamping currently uses email addresses for marketing purposes, email addresses are stored and distributed via mailing software, which is securely protected. The legal basis for this is former guests having a legitimate interest in The Grove Glamping’s business and products.
ResNexus
Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.Privacy
ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security
ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

RESNEXUS IS COMMITTED TO EASY ACCESS FOR EVERYONE
ResNexus is committed to making our online booking engine as accessible as possible to people with special needs, including those with visual, hearing, cognitive and motor impairments. We have invested a large amount of resources working towards improving the accessibility of the ResNexus online booking engine to ensure we provide equal access to all of our users.
To help us make the ResNexus online booking engine a positive experience for everyone, we’ve been using the web content accessibility guidelines (WCAG) 2.1. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities, and user friendly for everyone.
In addition, we recommend that the property using the ResNexus online booking engine install the UserWay widget to provide the best user experience.
ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS
As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.
