Gift Certificates may be used for a stay at Holden House 1902 Bed & Breakfast Inn within one year of purchase. Call us at 719-471-3980 if you have any questions. Fill out the initial recipient information, review and proceed to your Shopping Cart with your credit card payment information with YOUR contact information, phone, and email (not the recipient/future guest info). We will contact you for delivery options and details once your purchase is completed. Room rates range from 185-215/night plus tax. *Sales tax will be prepaid and added to your payment to ensure your recipient will receive full value when redeemed of your amount selection. Use the *Notes section to indicate any special requests or delivery/personal recipient message information.

A stay at Holden House is a gracious way of giving a stress relieving getaway to someone special. We invite you to take advantage of our Gift Certificates and give the gift of hospitality in one of our six luxurious suites with private baths, full breakfast and afternoon beverages included! A few answers to our most often FAQs:

Gift Certificates are valid from one year of the month of purchase. As an example, if you purchase anytime in December, it will be valid through December of the following year for your recipient.
Gift Certificates are non-transferable and non-refundable once purchased.
Gift Certificates are valid for the monetary amount of the certificate. Should there be a credit balance after redeemed, the balance can be applied to another stay only within the one year expiration of original purchase.
Should there be a balance due on the selected stay when the reservation is made, the balance is due at the time of the booking and reservation dates cannot be modified once confirmed.
Gift Certificates purchased for specific dates of stay should be verified with the recipient in advance to ensure the dates are compatible with their schedule. Once reserved, we are unable to modify the reservation dates.
Gift Certificates can be purchased in any amount and are considered a value toward a future stay. That includes use toward add-on onsite packages such as breakfast ensuite, massage for two, etc.
We recommend that you purchase the amount of the suite of your choice. It is also important to remember that during weekends, holiday and special event periods, multiple night stays may be required when reservations are made. Applicable taxes will be applied to the amount of the Gift Certificate at the time of purchase.
To best serve you during your online or phone reservation at 719-471-3980, it is recommended to have the name/s, address, phone and email of the recipient, as well as your contact information and credit card information. Should the recipient be approaching an expiration date, we may send a personalized reminder to assure they can use their Gift Certificate prior to its expiration.

ADA ACCESSIBLE UNITS

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.

*According to federal law as found on https://www.ada.gov/taman3.html, places of lodging with 5 or less units and have the owner living on the property are exempt from having to have an ADA unit for those with disabilities. Religious organizations are exempt from title III requirements. Historical properties may also be exempt from certain aspects of title III requirements, but property owners need to verify based on local and federal requirements.
All other properties may be subject to title III requirements.
