-Deposit Processing Policy-



All online reservations require a deposit payment to be completed through our designated payment provider. (PayAnywhere). After reserving online, (Within 24 hours) you will receive an email with a secure payment link requesting a mandatory 25% deposit of your entire stay. This procedure is to secure your reservation. Guests who have booked online will receive an email from our official booking engine (Res Nexus) via email with an included payment link

If no deposit has been received within 24 hours after an official email has been sent we will try to contact you via phone. If no contact has been made we will void/delete that reservation.


Online payments/deposits are not considered received or confirmed until successfully processed through are official credit card processor (Pay Anywhere). Fisherman's Cove Resort does not accept direct payments outside of are authorized payment links and direct phone calls. You may call our office at (509)-775-3641 If you have any questions or doubts. We will be happy to verify/assist you to the best of are ability.

Again guests reserving online are responsible for ensuring a deposit payment is completed within (24) twenty four hours after payment link/request has been sent (via official email). Failure to submit a deposit payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

If you do not receive an official billing email or if you may have entered in wrong/invalid information we recommend to call the office at (509) 775-3641.

By using our services or making a reservation, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

We may collect personal information when you make a reservation, contact us, or use our services. This information may include:

Mailing address
Email address
Phone number
Payment information
Vehicle information (if required for parking or registration)
Reservation details and stay history
Guest preferences

ResNexus

Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.

Privacy

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security

ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.
