When you participate in or utilize Mylan Park events, programs and services, information is collected from you. This information is needed to enhance the experience and for marketing and promotional purposes.

Mylan Park collects the following information: name, address, phone number(s), gender, date of birth, e-mail address, marital status, and emergency contact name and phone number. Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold or exchanged, without your consent, with the exception of Mylan Park management and agents or officers directly involved in the offering of programs or services at Mylan Park.

We may also collect information about you and your interests regarding recreational programs. Your information is used for the following purposes:

To personalize your experience. Your information helps us better respond to your individual needs.

To improve customer service. Your information helps us more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs.

To process transactions.

To send periodic e-mails, postal mailings and text messages. The information you provide may be used to relay news, updates and related service information, etc. Upon registration with Mylan Park you will automatically be opted in to receive these messages. If at any time you wish to unsubscribe, we will be happy to oblige. We include detailed instructions to unsubscribe at the bottom of each e-mail/text message that you receive, and you may also e-mail a request to info@mylanpark.org.

Children

We do not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children (minors younger than 15). If you are a parent and believe that we may have inadvertently collected such information from your child, please notify us immediately by sending an e-mail to info@mylanpark.org.

Website

The Mylan Park website links to various other external sites which are not covered by this policy.

When you visit the Mylan Park website, our web server automatically logs the domain, IP address and software (browser and platform) by which you accessed the website. This information does not identify your name, username, e-mail address, or other personal information.

Additional information is collected by our web server such as the date, time and volume of web page accesses. We collect and review this information in order to improve the experience of visitors to the website and evaluate the effectiveness of Mylan Park’s web presence.

Online Services Security

We make every effort to protect your online order information by using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. SSL encrypts your order information to ensure it remains private and secure. To check the security of your connection, look at the lower left-hand corner of your browser window after accessing the server. If you see an unbroken key or a closed lock (depending on your browser), then SSL is active. You can also check by looking at the URL line of your browser. When accessing a secure server, the first characters of the site will change from “http” to “https”. Some browsers and firewalls do not permit communication through secure servers. In that case, you will be unable to connect to our server and cannot mistakenly place an order through an unsecured connection.

ResNexus

Our property uses ResNexus to provide online reservation services.

Privacy

ResNexus respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it. Your personal information is collected and stored to facilitate online reservations with our property. Basic information concerning your visit to this site is used by ResNexus to improve its service. Your data is never shared with unauthorized outside parties or sold.

ResNexus has complied with the the foundation principles of GDPR from at least 2010 on and is proud to be GDPR compliant with regards to breach notifications, right to access, right to be forgotten, data portability, privacy by design, and data protection officers. Security

ResNexus uses industry-standard encryption to protect your personal and payment information during and after your reservation. After your reservation is complete, the system removes your credit card information to prevent theft or disclosure. ResNexus meets or exceeds rigorous industry standards for protecting credit card information and is PCI compliant. This PCI compliance has been verified by an external auditor.

As required by law for owner-occupied properties that have more than 5 units*, properties with 6 units or more should provide a unit that is reserved for customers with disabilities. The property should clearly identify these units and describe the accessible features in sufficient detail to reasonably permit individuals with disabilities to assess independently whether the given unit meets his or her accessibility needs. When selecting an ADA designated unit, if you do not have accessibility or other disability needs, please click cancel and select another unit unless it is the last unit available. If you do not meet the American with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements for this unit and it is not the last unit available, the property reserves the right to change your reservation to another unit without your permission to accommodate customers with qualifying disabilities.
