Located on the ground floor of the Arbor House Inn, this lovely wheelchair-accessible room can be accessed with a private outdoor entrance or from the main, indoor living area. Offering the flexibility of a comfy king bed or two twins, it offers guests traveling together the option of sleeping separately. Please state twin or king preference when booking.

Just steps from either door is the outdoor hot tub, conveniently located for romantic, late-night star gazing or an invigorating, early-morning soak. Western decor, a good book and the soothing sounds of the river all combine for a relaxing afternoon in the comfort of this ranch-style retreat. Step outside and enjoy the large, backyard deck with picturesque views of the South Fork of the Rio Grande, massive cliffs, or forested mountains. Private bath has step-in shower, hand-held shower head and safety grab bars. A shower stool is available upon request.

There are three breakfast options: (1) Traditional, full breakfast served in the dining room at a prearranged time -- the more the merrier! (2) Breakfast baskets brought to your guestroom allowing you to sleep late and enjoy breakfast at your leisure. (3) Grab-n-go breakfast bags to take on the road if you need to leave early. Choices must be specified the night prior, and we will deliver the appropriately packaged breakfasts to your guestroom to be placed in your fridge.
